BEST TIME TO VISIT IN THE VILLAGE 

• Dhara Ardhan is a vibrant village, especially during its cultural festivals. In September and October, Navratri is celebrated with devotion at Kalka Mata Mandir, where locals gather for traditional Ramlila performances, adding color and spirit to the season. On March 31st, Kalka Mata Sthapna Divas fills the entire day and night with Jagran (devotional singing) and Bhandara (community feast), drawing devotees from all around. Thousands of people from various places come to Dhara Ardhan to take part in this celebration. Renowned spiritual singers like Naveen Punjabi, Saras Bharti, Pummy Thakur, and Raju Vijaypuriya come together to sing bhajans, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere for all.

In June, the village celebrates Bua Dati Da Dharam Tyada or Temdeh, a unique festival observed by the Bral family and the entire community. Families from various backgrounds come together to worship Bua Dati, strengthening bonds across the village. As part of the celebrations, villagers distribute Siyan and Rott (sweet roti) as Prasad, sharing in the joy and devotion that mark this cherished occasion in Dhara Ardhan.

Notable events include the vibrant Navratri celebrations, Kalka Mata Sthapna Divas on March 31st, and the Janmashtami festivities, where the Janki of Lord Shree Krishna is a major highlight. The temple is also known for its Katha Parsaran, spreading the teachings of spirituality.

  A unique feature of this temple is the presence of Ma Vaishno Devi's natural footprints, symbolizing divine power, along with the Samsth Devi Devtas. Additionally, the Shivling of Narmadha is revered here, further enhancing the temple's spiritual significance.
