A very old and ancient road constructed in Dessa Valley in 1950's just after Independence.. This road is constructed by Kapoor firm ( a company w hich is transporting wood from hills to plains ).!!
This road is constructed by labourers from Gorkhan to Tsapwin Dessa 6km road on mountain Distt.Doda JK UT. The motive of constructing such a big road is to transport wood from Tsapwin to Gorkhan and then Gorkhan to Gai ( wood is transported through wires ).. On this road 4-5 Truck are continously run for transporting wood.... As in that time as well as today Dessa Distt.Doda JK isn't having any road connectivity So, these trucks are constructed in Dessa by company's own engineer's and the parts of trucks are bring out from Jammu by labourers and then finally when parts reach Dessa Then these trucks are constructed by engineer's by joining these parts... This road is a route of Very Ancient Rudr Ganga Dham Doda as well as Kashmir, Pilgrims used to go Rudr Ganga via this route upto Chabuni.... You can also see a 70years old truck on bank of this road and i also shared the pictures of truck ..... This road is like a highway constructed on mountain looks like a road to heaven.
