During the field survey, valuable information was gathered regarding the village's socio-economic conditions, infrastructure, agriculture, education, healthcare, and employment.

 

 

 

"Interaction with Local Villagers." During the field survey, interactions with several local villagers provided first-hand information about their daily lives, occupations, agricultural practices, irrigation facilities, education, healthcare access, employment opportunities, and the challenges they face in everyday life. These conversations offered practicality insight into the rural lifestyle and strong community spirit in Ringal Village

 

 

 

"Meeting with the Sarpanch." A meeting with the Sarpanch of Ringal Village provided valuable insights into local administration, ongoing development initiatives, and community issues. The Sarpanch shared information about village infrastructure, public facilities, road connectivity, sanitation, water supply, education, and future development plans. This interaction provided a deeper understanding of rural governance and the role of the Panchayat in village development.

 

 

 

 "Visit to the Panchayat Ghar." The Panchayat Ghar was visited during the field survey to observe local self-government functioning. Information displayed at the Panchayat office helped identify the administrative setup and its role in implementing government schemes and development programs. 

 

 

 

"Local Food — Khoya." An interesting aspect of the village visit was learning about the local food culture. Khoya, a milk-based traditional sweet made by continuously heating fresh milk until it thickens, is a well-known local delicacy and reflects the village's traditional food practices. Conclusion. The field survey of Ringal Village provided practical exposure to rural life, local governance, agriculture, and community participation. It enhanced understanding of rural society and bridged the gap between theoretical learning and real-life observations, forming a crucial component of the summer internship project.

The visit to the Gram Panchayat Office helped gather information about the functioning of local self-government and provided practical exposure to administrative coordination and the role of the Panchayat in implementing government schemes for village development.
